Laser Leveling Grader Scraper – TBP

The Turn Blade Finishing Grader/Scraper/Planer have a unique and patented designed folding mechanism. The draw-bar folds back, and the right-hand tandem swing arm folds in behind the Grader to shorten the implement for transport and storage purposes  You can also swing the drawbar anticlockwise and you can pull the unit on farm roads and through farm gates. The cutting blade with mouldboard can tilt forward or backwards to your specific requirements. This Scraper/Planer is also called a Pull Dozer.

The cutting blade angle can adjust to 5° with two independent hydraulic cylinders on each side. The blade angle can also be set by swiveling the drawbar anticlockwise or clockwise for different cutting angles. The Grader/Scraper/Planer has a GPS/Laser bracket fitted left and right on top of the blade. This Grader/Scraper is suitable for Agricultural and Industrial applications.

ERDVARK TURN BLADE GRADER/SCRAPER/LASER LEVELER.

• The ERDVARK TBP Grader/Scraper/Leveler can be fitted with GPS/Laser or just a Laser as additional equipment.
• The TBP models have working widths from 3.5 to 9 meters.
• The PATENTED design allows all models up to 7 m. to fold up to 2,6 m wide and smaller. All these units will fit on a low bed trailer without any special transport stipulations. The 7.5m to 9m will fit on a low bed with special transport stipulations.
• The Drawbar on the Grader has a special folding mechanism. The Drawbar is rigid in operation and with just the undo the bolts on the drawbar fold back to make it easy for transport or for storage under roof.
• The bigger models have a Mouldboard of 1.2m high and the blade pitch is hydraulically operated and can tilt 10° forwards and 10° backward with two cylinders.
• The Grader/Scraper/Laser Leveler has an independent hydraulic cylinder on each side, connected to the trapezium wheel systems. These cylinders can lift the Grader at a 5° angle or lift the complete blade from the ground.
•  The blade carrier has GPS/Laser brackets on each side for more accuracy from the two independent cylinders that are connected to Blade Holder and Trapezium swing arm. That gives you accurate levelling over the grading span.
• The Grader has one Centre Pivot point on the Blade Carrier that makes operations very easy.
• The Grader Drawbar can swing Anticlockwise or Clockwise. The Drawbar and Swingarms with Wheels are always in line and you can cut at an angle, especially when the soil is very hard.
• The heavy Turn Table has holes for the Drawbar lock. The drawbar lock pin locks into position with a hydraulic cylinder.
• When you want to fold the Grader up for transport, you simply move the drawbar anticlockwise and lock it. Undo the bolts on the swivel point of the Drawbar and fold the Drawbar neck back. Now dislodge the right-hand steering arm from the back of the Drawbar and swing the right-hand Swingarm with Trapezium wheels in behind the Grader.
• The TBP is capable of building landing strips in a record time with absolute accuracy.
