Chisel Plough HD Hydraulic Reset -HSH1000 & HST1000

The Erdvark HSH1000 & HST1000 HD Hydraulic Reset Chisel Plough are developed to work in deep and heavy soil conditions. The HSH1000 has a standard tine fitted with the flat reversible point. The HST1000 has the same tine profile fitted with a cast point. The under frame clearance is 1000 mm with a 16.5 kN breakaway force and 500 mm tine jump. This implement is available in mounted and trailed units with folding wings on the wide models. A hydraulic coulter and hydraulic roller system is available.

• The Heavy-Duty Chisel plough is manufactured with a rugged two row frame and is available in 3-point mounted and trailed models.
• The frame is built from 150 mm x 100 mm structural tubing.
• The 3-point hitch attachment is suitable for CAT II & III.
• Under frame clearance of 1000 mm and working depth is 650 mm.
• The tines are manufactured out of solid high strength steel, not hollow tubing.
• The tines are fitted with hard wearing tine protector with reversible shear points.
• The hydraulic tine tip breaks away force is standard 16.5 kN and the jump height is 500 mm.
• The auto-reset is ideal in heavily compacted soil and rocky conditions.
• The tine support is on self-aligning bearings with long service life, easy and cost-effective maintenance.
• Average tractor kW requirement per tine is between 16 to 40 kW depending on working depth and soil conditions.
• Any tine spacing between 275 mm and 500 mm is available with the unique frame support system.
• Optional extra:  The 3 Point mounted units can be fitted with manual depth control wheels.
• Trailed unit is fitted with hydraulic depth control.
