In-line Chisel Plough HD Hydraulic Reset – IHSTT1000

The Erdvark IHSTT1000 HD Hydraulic Reset In-line Chisel Plough are developed to work in deep and heavy soil conditions. The IHSTT1000 can clear roots, stumps and stones with its in-line design acting as a rake. The IHSTT1000 has wheels fitted so that the tine lift high of the ground to drop all collected debris and move over it. The IHSTT1000 has a maximum working depth of 800mm. The IHSTT1000 is fitted with a cast stone point. The under frame clearance is 1000 mm with a 16.5 kN breakaway force and 500 mm tine jump. This implement is available in trailed units.

• The Heavy-Duty Chisel plough is manufactured with a rugged two row frame and is available in 3-point mounted and trailed models.
• The frame is built from 150 mm x 100 mm structural tubing.
• Under frame clearance of 1000 mm and maximum working depth is 800 mm.
• The tines are manufactured out of solid high strength steel, not hollow tubing.
• The tines are fitted with hard wearing tine protector with cast stone points.
• The hydraulic tine tip breaks away force is standard 16.5 kN and the jump height is 500 mm.
• The auto-reset is ideal in heavily compacted soil and rocky conditions.
• The In-line is ideal to remove stumps and roots from soil.
• The wheel in front of tines help the tines to lift 700 mm from the ground for debris to be released.
• The tine support is on self-aligning bearings with long service life, easy and cost-effective maintenance.
• Average tractor kW requirement per tine is between 25 to 40 kW depending on working depth and soil conditions.
• Any tine spacing of 450 mm and 500 mm is available with the unique frame support system.
• Trailed unit is fitted with hydraulic depth control.
