Disc Plough Reversible 3 Point – RDP

The Erdvark 3 point Reversible Disc Plough is a new generation implement. The Reversible Disc Plough is capable of ploughing from 250 mm up to 700 mm deep. The implement can be used for general ploughing and the can be used for DEEP ploughing in good soil conditions. This implements cutting width can be changed to suit the soil conditions as well as the tractors capability. The implement is also the first, as far as we knew, to set the front disc exactly behind the tractor wheel. That is to the left or right.

a) Heavy duty high strength special steel mainframe.
b) Easy adjustable horizontal and vertical cutting disc angle and twin blade coulter directional stabilizer wheel.
c) Single HD blade coulter improves straightness behind the tractor and assists with the tractor handling and depth control.
d) Vertical disc angle adjustments: 14°,18° and 22° with break bolt trip system to protect disc, disc hub, hanger on each disc unit.
e) Adjustable cutting width from 255mm to 380mm to suit different soil conditions and to match tractor kW.
f) The RDP is capable of ploughing up to depths of 700mm in special conditions.
g) The plough is adjustable to match the different wheel track widths of tractor: 2.0m – 2.6m.
h) Equipped with a stand for easy detachment from a tractor.
i) Use about 25% to 30% less kW than mouldboard plough and a fraction of the running cost of a mouldboard plough.
j) Erdvark bearing-hubs requires no daily lubrication, it is lubricated with a special lubricant at the factory and sealed.
k) 100% guarantee that no dust and sand can enter the bearing-hub under normal working conditions due to Duo-cone seals.
l) The unique disc scraper keeps the disc clean and helps to break the sod up and leave a neat seedbed.
