Grader Finishing Heavy Duty – FG

The Erdvark FG Finishing Grader is for Heavy Duty land planing, leveling and finishing of irrigation fields. This is a dual purpose Grader that can also do road maintenance and building. The Erdvark FG Finishing Grader is available in blade width of 3.1 m to 6 m and the tractor requirement is 65 kW to 199 kW. The Finishing Grader can be supplied with Tandem Wheels for more stability. The Finishing grader can also be supplied with a solenoid valve to make it Laser Ready and a further hydraulic switch between Laser and Road Grader.

• Grading the Erdvark FG Finishing Grader for dual-purpose heavy-duty land plane with road building and maintenance capabilities.
• This Grader is available in blade width from 3.1m to 6.0m and the tractor requirement is from 77kW to 224kW.
• Heavy duty grader blade construction with mechanical blade angle adjustment between 90° and 42° in increments of 8°.  The blade height is 850mm.
• Drawbar hitch is adjustable for different tractor hitch heights to optimize operation.
• Drawbar extension for landplane operations can be removed for road grading around sharp corners with side plates and side cutters as standard equipment.
• The controls are easy to handle and the operator does not have to spend hours optimizing the performance of the Grader.
• The Erdvark FG Finishing Grader is ideal for landplane operations, work either manually or using a laser system.  Four hydraulic hoses go to the tractor, using tractors 2 lever hydraulic system to operate the Grader.  This model has got a removable level attachment between the wheels to lock grader into a level position.  There are two shutoff valves mounted on the Grader that must be open in this mode, and the blade angle must be set at 90° in relation to the drawbar.  With all four hoses plugged into the tractor, any one of the tractor control levers can operate the Grader up and down and it will always stay in a level position for land leveling.
