Grader Trailed Industrial 3.1m 2500kg – G57

Grader Trailed Industrial 3.1m 2500kg – G57

The G57 heavy duty Industrial Grader blade width is 3.1 meters and the weight varies from 2300 kg to 2500 kg. Tractor requirement is 50 to 150 kW for ruff conditions and for high duty cycles.  The Erdvark G57 is an ideal Tractor Trailed Grader for municipalities to do maintenance of dirt roads. The Erdvark G57 Grader is more robust than G50 model and can handle ruff industrial conditions.
This is an Ideal Grader for maintenance and building of roads, contours, landing strips and is ideal for making new and maintaining fire breaks. The Grader can also dig trenches and level irrigation fields. The Erdvark G57 Grader is full hydraulic or hydraulic and mechanical operated.

Erdvark overcomes the toughest grading conditions.

  • The Erdvark G57 Grader with its heavy blade case design ensures that blade penetration is effective on tough surfaces.
  • The cutting angles of the blade can be hydraulically or mechanical adjusted from the tractor seat. The controls are easy to operate and the operator does not have to spend hours optimizing the performance of the Grader.
  • The road camber and trenching adjustments can be done hydraulically by using the levers on the control system.
  • Cutting edges are easily replaceable, when cutting contours only the cutting side of the blade’s that are warn, can be replaced when needed.
  • Heavy duty hydraulic cylinders with spherical end connections to handle tuff conditions.
  • Erdvark manufacture Graders to suit you tractor and grading conditions.
  • Manufactured in South Africa for tuff African conditions.

G57A – Four pipes to tractor, use tractor 2 lever hydraulic system to operate Grader. The one lever operates the LH and the second lever operates the RH of the Grader. For adjusting blade angle let one corner down and raise the other one. Pull rope and drive forward until preferred angle and release the rope.

G57B – Identical to G57A except a 2 lever control valve is fitted to the pipes of the Grader that must be mounted on tractor at hook-up and Grader control is done from this 2 lever control valve. Only 2 pipes go now to the tractor 1 lever hydraulic system, this control must be locked in open position to give priority to 2 lever Grader control valve to operate Grader.

G57C – Six pipes to tractor, use tractor3 lever hydraulic system to operate Grader. Levers 1 & 2 are for LH & RH and 3rd lever to adjust grading angle.

G57D – Two pipes to tractor with 2 lever control valve mounted on Grader with seat and seat belt for the operator. The blade angle adjustment is the same as G57A Grader. The tractor 1 lever hydraulic system must be locked in open position to give priority to 2 lever Grader control valve to operate Grader.

G57E – Two pipes to tractor with 3 lever control valve mounted on Grader with seat and seat belt for the operator. Levers 1 & 2 are for LH & RH and 3rd lever to adjust grading angle. The tractor 1 lever hydraulic system must be locked in open position to give priority to 2 lever Grader control valve to operate Grader.

G57F – Two pipes to tractor with 4 lever control valve mounted on Grader with seat and seat belt for  the operator. Levers 1 & 2 are for LH & RH, 3rd lever to adjust grading angle. The 4th lever is to adjust steering. The tractor 1 lever hydraulic system must be locked in open position to give priority to 4 lever Grader control valve to operate Grader.

G57G – Four pipes to tractor, use tractor 2 lever hydraulic system to operate Grader same as G57A Grader.
This model got a removable level attachment between the wheels to lock Grader into a level position. There are two shutoff valves mounted on the Grader that must be open in this mode, and the blade angle must be set to 90˚ in relation to the drawbar. With all 4 pipes plugged into the tractor any one of the tractor control levers can operate the Grader up and down and it will always stay in a level position for land levelling. This grader can be converted to a road Grader by removing the level attachment and close the two shutoff valves.

G57H – This Grader is identical to the G57G, it only got a 2 lever control valve on the pipes like the G57B.

G57J – This Grader is identical to the G57C, it only got a 3 lever control valve on the pipes like the G57B. This unit is ideal for older tractors with only a 2 lever hydraulic bank.
