The Erdvark G25 Grader blade have a cutting width of 2.4 meters and weigh 1000 kg. Tractor requirement is 20 to 60 kW for narrow roads and general farm use. The G25 Grader is ideal for maintenance, building of roads and contours in confined spaces. The G25 Grader can build new and maintain existing fire breaks. The Erdvark G25 Grader is ideal for municipalities to do maintenance of dirt roads. This Grader can also dig trenches and level irrigation fields. Hydraulic and Mechanical operated or full Hydraulic operated.
Erdvark overcomes the toughest grading conditions.
-
- The Erdvark G25 Grader with its heavy blade case design ensures that blade penetration is effective on tough surfaces.
- The cutting angles of the blade can be mechanical or hydraulic adjusted from the tractor seat. The controls are easy to use and the operator does not have to spend hours optimizing the performance of the grader.
- The road camber and trenching adjustments can be done hydraulically by using the levers on the control system.
- Cutting edges are easily replaceable, when cutting contours only the cutting side of the blade’s cutting edges that’s warn out can be replaced when needed.
- Erdvark manufacture Graders to suit you tractor and grading conditions.
- Manufactured in South Africa for tuff African conditions.
G25A – Four pipes to tractor, use tractor 2 lever hydraulic system to operate Grader. The one lever operates the LH and the second lever operates the RH of the Grader. For adjusting blade angle let one corner down and raise the other one. Pull rope and drive forward until preferred angle is reached and release the rope.
G25B – Identical to G25A except a 2 lever control valve is fitted to the pipes of the Grader that must be mounted on tractor at hook-up and Grader control is done from this 2 lever control valve. Only 2 pipes go now to the tractor 1 lever hydraulic system, this control lever must be locked in open position to give priority to 2 lever Grader control valve to operate Grader.
G25C – Six pipes to the tractor, use tractor3 lever hydraulic system to operate Grader. Levers 1 and 2 for LH and RH and 3rd lever is to adjust the grading angle.
G25D – Two pipes to tractor with 2 lever control valve mounted on the Grader with seat and seat belt for the operator. The blade angle adjustment is the same as G25A grader. The tractor 1 lever hydraulic system must be locked in open position to give priority to 2 lever Grader control valve to operate Grader.
G25E – Two pipes to tractor with 3 lever control valve mounted on Grader with seat and seat belt for operator. Lever 1 and 2 for adjustment of LH and RH wheels. The 3rd lever to adjust the grading angle. The tractor 1 lever hydraulic system must be locked in open position to give priority to 2 lever Grader control valve to operate Grader.
G25F – Two pipes to tractor with 4 lever control valve mounted on Grader with seat and seat belt for operator. Levers 1 & 2 for LH & RH and 3rd lever for adjust grading angle. The 4th lever is to adjust offset steering. The tractor 1 lever hydraulic system must be locked in open position to give priority to 4 lever Grader control valve to operate Grader.
G25G – Four pipes to tractor, use tractor 2 lever hydraulic system to operate Grader, same as G25A Grader.
This model got a removable level attachment between the wheels to lock grader into a level position. There are two shutoff valves mounted on the Grader that must be open in this mode, and the blade angle must be set to 90° in relation to the drawbar. With all 4 pipes plugged into the tractor any one of the tractor control levers can operate the Grader up and down and it will always stay in a level position for land levelling. This Grader can be converted to a road Grader by removing the level attachment and close the two shutoff valves.
G25H – This Grader is identical to the G25G, it only got a 2 lever control valve on the pipes like the G25B.
G25J – This Grader is identical to the G25C, it only got a 3 lever control valve on the pipes like the G25B.
