The G50 Grader blade width is 3.1 meters and the weight is 2200 kg. Tractor requirement of 50 to 130 kW for general farm use in harder conditions. The heavier G50 can operate in harder conditions and handle more material than G40 model. This Grader is ideal for the maintenance and building of roads, contours, landing strips and is ideal for the making of new and maintaining fire breaks. The Grader can also dig trenches and level irrigation fields. The G50 is an ideal Grader for municipalities to do maintenance of dirt roads. The G50 Grader is full hydraulic operated or hydraulic and mechanical combination.
Erdvark overcomes the toughest grading conditions.
-
- The G50 Grader with its heavy blade case design ensures that blade penetration is effective on tough surfaces.
- The cutting angles of the blade can be mechanical or hydraulic adjusted from the tractor seat. The controls are easy and the operator does not have to spend hours optimizing the performance of the Grader.
- The road camber and trenching adjustments can be done hydraulically by using the levers on the control system.
- Cutting edges are easily replaceable, when cutting contours only the cutting side of the blade’s cutting edges are warn away and can be replaced when needed.
- Erdvark manufacture Graders to suit you tractor and grading conditions.
- Manufactured in South Africa for tuff African conditions.
G50A – Four pipes to tractor, use tractor 2 lever hydraulic system to operate Grader. The one lever operates the LH and the second lever operates the RH of the Grader wheels. For adjusting blade angle let one corner down and raise the other one. Pull rope and drive forward until preferred angle and release the rope.
G50B – Identical to G50A except a 2 lever control valve is fitted to the pipes of the Grader that must be mounted on tractor at hook-up and Grader control is done from this 2 lever control valve. Only 2 pipes go now to the tractor 1 lever hydraulic system, this control must be locked in open position to give priority to 2 lever Grader control valve to operate Grader.
G50C – Six pipes to tractor, use tractor3 lever hydraulic system to operate Grader. Levers 1 & 2 are for LH & RH and 3rd lever to adjust grading angle.
G50D – Two pipes to tractor with 2 lever control valve mounted on Grader with seat and seat belt for the operator. The blade angle adjustment is the same as G50A Grader. The tractor 1 lever hydraulic system must be locked in open position to give priority to 2 lever Grader control valve to operate the Grader.
G50E – Two pipes to tractor with 3 lever control valve mounted on Grader with seat and seat belt for the operator. Levers 1 & 2 are for LH & RH adjustment and 3rd lever to adjust grading angle. The tractor 1 lever hydraulic system must be locked in open position to give priority to 2 lever Grader control valve to operate the Grader.
G50F – Two pipes to tractor with 4 lever control valve mounted on Grader with seat and seat belt for the operator. Levers 1 & 2 are for LH & RH, 3rd lever to adjust grading angle. The 4th lever is to adjust steering. The tractor 1 lever hydraulic system must be locked in open position to give priority to 4 lever Grader control valve to operate the Grader.
G50G – Four pipes to tractor, use tractor 2 lever hydraulic system to operate Grader same as G50A Grader.
This model got a removable level attachment between the wheels to lock Grader into a level position. There are two shutoff valves mounted on the Grader that must be open in this mode, and the blade angle must be set to 90 degrees in relation to the drawbar. With all 4 pipes plugged into the tractor any one of the tractor control levers can operate the Grader up and down and it will always stay in a level position for land levelling. This Grader can be converted to a road Grader by removing the level attachment and close the two shutoff valves.
G50H – This Grader is identical to the G50G, it only got a 2 lever control valve on the pipes like the G50B.
G50J – This Grader is identical to the G50C, it only got a 3 lever control valve on the pipes like the G50B.
